Flow Safe builds high-performance pressure relief devices guaranteed to be bubble tight (as high as 98% of the set pressure on various product lines). This added value allows customers to operate closer to the set pressures, providing value in receiving more performance from the ability and extending the life of the mechanical piece of equipment, pressure vessel, or pipeline. With no leakage, the life expectancy on Flow Safe devices may be tenfold to conventional styles, adding value through ownership.

Flow Safe pressure relief devices are designed to move to the full lift position at set pressure very quickly.  Pilot-operated style devices are wide open no more than 5% above set pressure. This rapid response provides almost immediate full capacity with modulating and/or adjustable blow down features. Flow Safe devices provide short blowdown, again adding value through the maintenance of the device as well as allowing customers to operate closer to the set pressures.
